Our services include:

- Transportation in air-conditioned vehicles
- Services of a Driver / National Driver-Guide / National Guide (according to service requested) fluent in your language for all our services mentioned on our list.
- Pick up and drop off at your hotel for services including transportation
- Guide meeting at the museum (or at the hotel when possible upon request) if services booked without including transportation (walking tours).


Our services do not include:

- Subway transportation if necessary
- Entrance fees & museum booking
- Clients' meals and our staff meals
- Any service provided by another company cannot be guaranteed in your own language.


Booking:

40% deposit of the total amount must be charged when booking our services : they will only be confirmed by our office when receiving this deposit.

Refund:

Any excursion being provided and interrupted by the client will not be refunded, as well as a voluntary cancellation or no-show upon departure.

- No refund on the payment made if cancellation made 1 day prior to service.
- If cancellation is made between 2 days and 1 day prior to service, 40% of the total amount will be kept and the balance refunded.
- If cancellation is made between 7 days and 2 days prior to service, 20% of the total amount will be kept and the balance refunded.
- If cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to service, 5% fee of the total amount will be charged for file processing.

Balance must be paid at the latest 7 days prior to service.


Personal belongings:

Each passenger is responsible for its personal belongings. Destination Paris Prestige will not be considered as responsible for losses or any items forgotten in vehicles during an excursion.
